İTÜ Took The 1st Place in Muaythai

İTÜ took the 1st place and the 3rd place in “Turkey Inter-University Muaythai Championship” organized by University Sports Federation and Turkish Muaythai Federation in Marmaris.

In the tournament that took place for the 6th time with the participation of 567 athletes from 65 universities, İTÜ Ring and Mat Martial Arts Club (İTÜ Dragons) represented our university. In the adult female category Ayten Betül Kahya became Turkey Champion and Vesile Sukas took the 3rd place of Turkey. Our student athlete Ayten Betül Kahya took the 2nd place of Turkey in “Turkey Muaythai Championship” organized in April. Kahya is preparing to represent İTÜ in “World Inter-University Muaythai Championship”.
