Mozart gave his first concert at the age of 6 and Haydn joined the choir at the same age. Our composers Cemal Reşit Rey and Ahmet Adnan Saygun were playing the piano at the ages of 5 and 13 respectively. The talent of Zeki Müren, the sun of Turkish Classical Music, was revealed during his primary school years. And by the way have you ever heard that Şebnem Ferah, one of the strongest voices of the Turkish rock music in recent years, began taking solfeggio and mandolin lessons at primary school?

It is an undeniable fact that children meeting with music, which is described as an inseparable part of our life and “food for soul”, at an early age advance easily and more rapidly in their musical careers; in the same way children who learn different sounds and rhythms at a younger age have higher chances of becoming a virtuoso.
