Food services at ITU campuses are provided in dining halls operating within the structure of Health, Culture and Sports Department. List of the dining halls at ITU is as follows,

• Gümüşsuyu Student Dining Hall
• Gümüşsuyu Faculty Dining Hall
• Maçka Foreign Languages Student Dining Hall
• Maçka Foreign Languages Faculty Dining Hall
• Taşkışla Student Dining Hall
• Taşkışla Faculty Dining Hall
• Tuzla Dining Hall

Canteen and Other Dining Venues

Each faculty building has at least one canteen in it. In addition to these canteens, following food and beverage venues serve ITU students and staff.

• ITU AVM Social Facility: There are 8-9 diferent dining facilities operating at this venue on Ayazağa campus.
• ITU Yılmaz Akdoruk  Dormitory Cafeteria (Kampüs Cafe) is located at the Ayazağa campus.
