Health Services

ITU Medical Center has been renewed as part of the “ITU Health Project” and quality health services for patients have been provided. Besides, in line with the “Program for Continuous Enhancement of Medical Center Functionality” efforts to improve the services and the quality have been carried out. ITU Medical Center serves a total number of 27.700 people; composing of 24.500 students and 3.175  staff member. Moreover, the Medical Center serves relatives of staff members and retirees. The Medical Center is a unit serving under the ITU Rectorate Health, Sports and Culture Department.

“Health Services Coordinatorship” serves the University administration in the fields of designation, configuration and implementation of health service projects.  The Center is composed of the following units,

• Ayazağa Central Branch
• Maçka Branch
• Tuzla Branch
• Gümüşsuyu Health Chamber
• Taşkışla Health Chamber
