The General Secretariat is composed of units affiliated with the Secretary General and the Secretary General Assistants. Heading the organization, the Secretary General is responsible to the Rector. The Secretary General has authorities within the framework that the Rector deems appropriate.
In addition to ensuring that the General Secretariat’s administrative organization works effectively within our university, it carries its work along with ethical humanitarian values and the awareness of pioneering and leadership.
